Madhuri dixit or Madhuri Dixit Nene, as we know her now, is one actress who can really work up magic with her saree look. Madhuri has repeatedly sported designer saree, be it for red carpet appearances of in her famous Dance Reality Show, Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, the actor always looks great in Sarees. I especially love her Sarees in Jhalak Dikhla Jaa; she has worn some nice designer Sarees by designers like Sabyasachi, Tarun Tahilani, Arpita Mehta and more. If I had to pick out my favorite look of the gorgeous actress, I will sure be confused but I do have a list of best designer Sarees worn by Madhuri Dixit that I keep on updating. Here is a list of some of the best designer Sarees worn by Madhuri on Jhalak Dikhla Jaa:
1. This wonderful dull green designer saree designed by sabyasachi is a masterpiece. I love the work on the saree and I love the fact that Madhuri looks so elegant in the saree. The saree features embroidery work, mirror work and applique patch work and is paired with a designer blouse with cap sleeves. The gold sequin work complements the dull green color of the saree, Madhuri wore a couple of stout bracelets, two tier earrings and had her hair set in a bouffant bun.
2. The red Tarun Tahilani designer saree worked its magic on Madhuri Dixit like no other. The plain red georgette designer saree came with a sexy one-shoulder blouse. The blouse features embroidery work, which is the highlight of the look. I love how Madhuri kept it simple with the accessories, silver finish earrings with touch of red, big statement ring and chunky bracelets complete the look. Madhuri looks great here with centre portioned hair done up in soft curls. Light makeup with bold red lipstick accentuate her beauty even more.
3. Another Tarun Tahilani creation that I absolutely loved right after I saw Madhuri in it is this sheer gold saree with maroon blouse. The fluffed sleeve style of the blouse is not something that you see every day. The saree has light Swarovski work that actually makes this look rather special. The blouse has zari work and stonework. Madhuri kept her hair lose and wavy, the jewelry is minimal with just chandelier earrings and a couple of bangles. The fuchsia lipstick and the light makeup is complemented well by the gold and maroon combination in the saree.
4. This printed saree by Masaba Gupta features the designer’s impeccable style. I have always been a fan of Masaba Gupta because there is something very casual yet sassy about her collection. Madhuri here is seen wearing one of Masaba’s creation, which features abstract print, and a pool of colors. The black lace blouse is adding the oomph factor. Madhuri’s makeup is spot on with smoky eyes and nude shade lipstick. Love the look!
These are my favorites, each of these Sarees are different from one another, there is a traditional saree, then there is a contemporary design saree, then there is the red oh-so Bollywood saree and the first one of course, the elegant and uber chic dull green saree. Ought to have all of these in my wardrobe.
